More fun with health care billing (walking a hallway is physical therapy)

I am looking at another hospital bill for the wife (fortunately all covered by insurance). I see two charges for physical therapy that total up to $648 dollars. However, the only physical therapy my wife underwent while an inpatient was walking up and down the hallway a few times. I guess someone got paid handsomely to watch her do it.
